Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our salon operations in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the salon team, including stylists, beauticians, and support staff
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle client queries and concerns professionally
• Oversee salon appointments, rotas, and scheduling to maximize productivity
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage product stock effectively
• Implement and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Organize staff training, support employee development, and conduct performance reviews
• Manage cash handling, invoicing, and daily financial reporting
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to boost clientele and achieve sales targets
• Report to senior management regarding salon performance and operational issues
• Maintain a welcoming and professional salon environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in salon management, hospitality, or a similar customer service role
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of salon services, latest trends, and products
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of financial processes and inventory control
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (preferred)
