Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Prime Mortgage located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing mortgage sales, managing and generating leads, conducting mortgage marketing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include supervising loan origination processes, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
  • Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and Loan Origination
  • Strategic understanding of Finance and related financial products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within the mortgage or financial sector is a plus
