BFS Digital Experience Product Owner / Business Analyst
Location: Offshore (India – HYD) - 5 days a week to Office
Experience: 12-14 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to work in customer technical product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, card products (credit, debit, prepaid), and digital wallets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product features and roadmap for cards and payment solutions.
- Support the development and launch of new card features, wallet integrations, and payment capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements based on data insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience (SM -Level) in product analysis or product management in the payment's domain.
- Proficiency in data mapping to allow technical team to create new services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global financial institution or fintech environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
