Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee located in Perungudi. Responsibilities include supporting various business operations, coordinating between departments, managing documentation, and assisting in the publishing and digital learning projects. The role involves learning and applying industry-standard processes, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless execution of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of publishing processes or digital learning solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in standard productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent software
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
