Job Description Java Full-Stack Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong back-end development skills in Java Struts and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in front-end frameworks (React or Angular), and exposure to cloud-native deployment on AWS. Experience with authentication platforms like Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, Struts, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
  • Build responsive UI components using React or Angular.
  • Create SQL scrips based on the requirements.
  • Integrate secure authentication and authorization flows using Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.
  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures.
  • Deploy and manage applications in AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

  • Core Java (Java 8+), OOP, multithreading, exception handling.
  • Struts 2 and/or legacy Struts maintenance experience.
  • Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs.
  • Front-end experience with React or Angular.
  • SQL and RDS knowledge.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect flows with Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.
  • Familiarity with AWS Services (S3, RDS, EC2, Lambda preferred).
  • Proficient with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
