We are now hiring a Sales Associate in Kanpur to grow our member base through active cold calling and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Understand customer fitness needs and pitch appropriate membership packages.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Assist walk-in prospects at the center and provide membership information.
  • Collaborate with the center team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
  • Handle basic objections and resolve queries professionally.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar role (fitness/gym industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficient in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High energy and passion for fitness and customer service.
