You will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career journey, handling admissions processes, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain records of student data, applications, and follow-ups.
- Assist in admission documentation, verification, and compliance processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Deliver presentations in seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions.
- Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in student counselling, administration, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Excellent convincing ability and negotiation skills.
- Confident in presentation and public speaking.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
