We specialize in new development and CHS (Co-operative Housing Society) redevelopment projects, offering integrated legal, architectural, structural, and financial solutions. Our legal division is instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and managing documentation for RERA, DCPR/UDCPR, SRA, and CHS frameworks.

Role Overview

This internship is an excellent opportunity for law students (particularly LL.B final-year or fresh graduates) keen to specialize in property law and compliance within the real estate redevelopment sector. Interns will work closely with our legal team on high-impact urban projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Development Agreements, MOUs, LOIs, Consent Letters, and Power of Attorney
  • Conduct legal research on RERA, MOFA, DCPR/UDCPR regulations, 79A certifications, and CHS legal frameworks
  • Support documentation, filing, and compliance procedures for redevelopment projects
  • Participate in society meetings, client briefings, and coordination with project stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal legal advisors and external consultants to ensure regulatory alignment of submissions

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • LL.B. degree holders or final-year students
  • Basic understanding of Property Law, CHS Law, and Real Estate Regulations
  • Strong legal drafting, formatting, and correspondence skills
  • Competent in legal research and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Marathi preferred.
