We're seeking a
Senior Graphic Designer
with deep expertise in
performance marketing creatives
. This role is for someone who can design high-impact ads that drive conversions, while also shaping brand identity and mentoring junior designers. You'll collaborate closely with the growth and marketing teams to create visuals that not only look great but also perform.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of ad creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Build high-performing static, carousel, and video ads optimized for CTR and conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance data with the marketing team and iterate on creative strategies
  • Balance brand design consistency with the agility needed for fast-paced performance campaigns
  • Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and ensure design quality across projects
  • Collaborate with growth marketers, copywriters, and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Stay updated with digital trends, ad formats, and best practices in performance-driven design

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of professional design experience, with at least 2+ years working on performance marketing creatives
  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad campaigns, social creatives, and digital-first design
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms and what visual elements drive performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set creative direction, and mentor team members
  • Bonus: Familiarity with motion design, video editing, and AI-assisted creative tools
