Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic
Social Media Content Creator
to design, develop, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to generate content that drives engagement, followers, and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish original content (posts, reels, videos, graphics) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, events, and campaigns.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that align with brand tone.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, trending audios, and platform updates.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for reach and performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation for social media (portfolio/links required).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content trends.
  • Proficiency in basic photo/video editing apps (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content pieces.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
