Your Role 

- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of applications built on the OutSystems platform.
- Define and enforce architecture, design patterns, and development standards across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into high-level technical solutions and architecture.
- Manage and support full SDLC from design to deployment and post-production support.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews, pair programming, and coaching.
- Own solution performance tuning, security implementation, and scalability decisions.
- Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure code quality, modularity, reusability, and documentation standards.
- Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release management.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical production issues.
- Support governance and compliance using OutSystems Architecture Dashboard and Lifetime.
- Promote innovation and adoption of new OutSystems features and best practices.

Your Profile 

- Expertise in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime.
- Proven experience in architecting and leading enterprise-scale OutSystems projects.
- Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, modularization, performance, and security.
- Proficient in integrating external systems using APIs, enterprise services, or connectors.
- Solid grasp of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and using project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
