Job Title: Travel & Accommodation Executive/Hotel Reservation Executive

Location: Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel & Accommodation Executive/Hotel Reservation Executive to manage hotel bookings and accommodation arrangements for both domestic and international requirements. The role involves researching suitable hotel options, negotiating rates, ensuring timely reservations, and providing seamless travel support for clients/employees/guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and shortlist hotels based on budget, location, travel purpose, and guest preferences.
  • Manage hotel bookings for both domestic and international travel.
  • Compare prices, amenities, and reviews to suggest the best options.
  • Negotiate rates, discounts, and packages with hotels/vendors.
  • Handle group bookings, corporate tie-ups, and long-term stay arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and confirmations.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, online booking platforms (OTA), and hotels directly.
  • Resolve booking issues, cancellations, and modifications promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, travel coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international hotel booking platforms , Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in corporate travel management.

· Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage.

Day Shift: 11am-7pm

6 days working (Mon-Sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
