We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to define, design, and oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET, microservices, and AWS, along with strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure best practices are followed across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Roadmaps: Define and document technical roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and solution designs for new and existing systems.

  • Design Leadership: Lead software design, ensuring compliance with functional, integration, performance, and user experience requirements.

  • Technical Reviews: Conduct requirement analysis, technical overviews, and obtain design approvals.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance across delivery and operational aspects.

  • Effort Estimation: Estimate development efforts, assess emerging technologies, frameworks, and libraries for adoption.

  • Cloud Expertise: Leverage AWS for scalable and secure cloud-native solutions.

  • Microservices & Data: Design and implement microservices-driven architectures.

  • Governance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to processes, create/review technical documentation, and track/report project progress.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of software development experience (10–12 years for Senior Technical Architect).

  • Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, AWS, and microservice architectures.

  • Proven experience designing scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
