Web & Application Development Interns
who can help us create, maintain, and optimize our digital infrastructure — including websites, campaign landing pages, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Full Stack Development Intern – Marketing Tech, located in Pune. The intern will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with web development, creating and maintaining websites, optimizing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms. Day-to-day tasks will include coding, troubleshooting, and implementing new features while collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Marketing and Online Marketing
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design
  • Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Understanding of back-end technologies like , Python, or a similar language is beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update company websites using modern frameworks (WordPress, React, or similar).
  • Build and optimize
    landing pages
    for ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of
    internal tools, CRMs, and web applications
    to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement functional and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Help integrate APIs, analytics, and automation tools into our platforms.
  • Work on UI/UX improvements and ensure responsive, high-performance designs.
  • Implement creative ideas and contribute to new feature development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, preferred).
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of API integrations, database management, and cloud deployment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing tools.
