Role & responsibilities

-- Should know about Dyeing lab related works and having experience more than 10 years.

-- Should have knowledge about ISO, ASTM,AS... standards to evaluate, assess.

-- Should have knowledge of sending, maintaining samples and to submit records during certification audit like ISO, Okeotex, GOTs, STeP

-- Should guide and coach the sub-ordinate and work with team

-- To know about technical Textiles fabrics like Flame Retardant, High visibility, Vat, Acrylic, and Meta Aramid dyeing

-- Should be able to communicate with marketing, external lab, suppliers and internal processing team

-- Should understand the customer quality requirements and able to implement the same in processing and quality

-- Should take full responsibility and able to take decision accordingly

-- Responsibility of ensuring day to day activities and giving report to fabric inspection warehouse and dispatches

-- Responsibility of sending samples to third party lab and following the results

-- Supports production department to improve the quality and productivity

-- Should have knowledge about costing

-- Should make SOP, WI, SI for Lab activities and lab machines

-- Should be able to develop new products by understanding the quality parameters and set right process.

-- Should be able to complete the new product developments on time.

-- Should be updated about latest technologies in processing industry.

-- Should be able to achieve the customer required parameters with minimum possible cost.

-- Should have experience in developing new products in previous jobs and underlying challenges.

-- Should conduct preproduction meeting for new bulk orders.

-- Should be able to handle a team of process control

-- Should have knowledge and monitor the various aspects regarding fabric quality in each stage of processing from greige to packing.

-- Should maintain records for internal quality control.

-- Should maintain and follow the SOPs for internal quality control.

-- Should report and prevent the quality deviations in internal process.
