About the Role:

New Directions Skills is seeking a passionate and experienced SEO Trainer who can deliver engaging, practical, and industry-relevant SEO training sessions to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing strategies, and hands-on project implementation, with the ability to guide learners in developing real-world SEO skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality classroom training sessions on SEO concepts, tools, and strategies.

Design and update course curriculum, training materials, and case studies to meet industry standards.

Provide practical demonstrations on On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.

Train students on using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.

Guide learners in live projects, assignments, and assessments to enhance practical knowledge.

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing practices.

Mentor and support students to build their careers in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.

3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.

Strong expertise in Keyword Research, Link Building, Content Optimization, and Site Audits.

Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.

Good knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and basic website optimization techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to simplify complex SEO concepts for beginners.
