Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to final delivery. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and quality delivery, and monitoring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Account management and customer relationship management skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
- Experience in the export industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
