Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Finance, located in Kochi. The Deputy Manager Finance will oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with departments to ensure financial accuracy, preparing financial statements, managing audits, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes. The Deputy Manager Finance will also be responsible for analyzing financial performance and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years in MIS, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting
  • CA Intermediate / M.Com / MBA Finance
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong knowledge in financial reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle deadlines
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
