We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced PEGA LBA professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar, and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and Pega skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Pega solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega projects.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Pega applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Pega tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of PEGA LBA (Lead Business Architect) principles and practices.
  • Experience working as a business analyst with Pega skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Full-time graduate degree required.
  • Notice period: 0-10 days.
