Come join a thriving team where you can play an integral role in shaping the future of entertainment technology About the role The Sr Director of Business Applications with a specialization in NetSuite ERP is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in optimizing and leveraging NetSuite and other ERP systems to improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and drive innovation. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals, managing technology investments, and ensuring that enterprise applications align with the company's strategic goals, enhances operational efficiency, and supports our growth objectives. 
What Will You Do? Strategic Leadership: 

Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Application strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectivesCollaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and long-term visionDevelop and articulate a clear vision for our enterprise applications, aligning technology investments with the company's strategic goalsDrive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, application architects, developers, and analystsSet clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance for their professional developmentFoster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team ERP Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of NetSuite and other ERP systemsEnsure the systems meet business requirements, compliance standards, and performance expectations Enterprise Application Portfolio Management: Oversee the assessment and optimization of our application portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalabilityMaintain a holistic view of our application landscape, making informed decisions about software development, integration, and retirement Digital Transformation: Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline business processes, enhance data analytics, and improve customer engagementEnsure the seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization Business Process Optimization: Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automationStreamline workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resourcesPrioritize projects and allocate resources effectively Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise application systemsProvide regular reports to senior leadership on system performance and project status Qualifications:  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldTen (15+) years of experience in Financial systems ERP system management, with a focus on leadership rolesFive (10+) years of experience in enterprise software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies Bonus Points: MBA or advanced degreeStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProven track record of successfully implementing and managing Financial ERP systems in complex organizationsStrong knowledge of enterprise software, technology trends, and industry best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levelsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProject management and change management expertiseBudgeting and financial management skills     Life @ Xperi:     At Xperi, we value People, Customers, Performance and Innovation.
