Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead internal teams and manage external agencies/vendors to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee end-to-end performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies, website traffic optimization, and lead generation.
  • Supervise content creation (blogs, emailers, landing pages, social media) for engagement and brand authority.
  • Coordinate with tech teams/vendors to maintain and enhance the website and CRM for lead capture and nurturing.

Offline / Traditional Marketing

  • Plan and execute offline campaigns including (hoardings, billboards), print ads, radio, events, and activations.
  • Oversee branding at project sites: brochures, sample flats, signage, and experience centers.
  • Establish relationships with media outlets, real estate expos, and event partners for enhanced visibility.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Build a strong multi-channel lead generation funnel and nurture high-intent prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to synchronize campaigns with project launches and sales goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns for new launches, investor events, remarketing.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking

  • Define and manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (designers, content creators, digital marketing).
  • Manage external partners for media buying, creative production, digital marketing, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90, ₹125,000.00 per month
