  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and uphold corporate governance standards.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree and successful completion of the Chartered Accountant qualification are essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computerized accounting systems, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and expertise in financial reporting are required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills are crucial. They must also have strong ethics and the ability to work under pressure.
