Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Perfusionist to join our dynamic team at Meridian Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for operating the heart-lung machine and other sophisticated equipment during cardiac surgery and other medical procedures that require cardiopulmonary bypass.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extracorporeal circulation equipment during open-heart surgeries and other procedures.
• Monitor patient's physiological parameters such as blood flow, blood gases, anticoagulation levels, and temperature.
• Manage intraoperative and postoperative perfusion support techniques (e.g., ECMO, IABP if applicable).
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OT staff.
• Maintain perfusion equipment and ensure it is functioning optimally.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of procedures and equipment usage.
• Stay updated with latest practices in perfusion technology and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Sc. in Perfusion Technology / Postgraduate Diploma in Perfusion Technology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a surgical environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
