RoleAs the Head ER, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Plant HR Head.
     The purpose of your role is to promote productive and progressive employee relations within the unit, and also facilitate employment law compliances to ensure disruption free plant operations & to maintain harmonious relations between management, union and concerned key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
 Identification of short-medium and long term ER Risks and mitigation plan. Attend all labour and factory legal matters in a proactive manner.
 Working out various manpower employment models within the framework of law to mitigate rising wage cost, providing flexibility to operations and mitigating ER Risks.
 Managing the end-to-end lifecycle and engagement of blue-collar workforce for ensuring productive and progressive work culture.
 Rigour in ensuring routines in the plants and maintaining a compliance culture and timely payroll management as per regulatory requirements
 Ensuring wellbeing of all blue-collar workforce by deploying effective welfare measures and advocating employee wellbeing policies., canteen operations management.
 Working with different stakeholders for continuous improvement of capabilities for productivity and flexibility improvement by multitasking workforce.
 Negotiate as a key team member for Long term settlement with Union body and maintain healthy relations with Union, Contractors and legal councils.
 Ensure disciplinary issues, misconduct should be dealt with proper due diligence as per statute.
As the Head ER you will be managing day-to-day compliances and the plant affairs within legal framework. You will also be dealing with Trade Unions & ensure overall management of dynamic affairs of plant towards business continuity.
Academic Qualification & Experience- Master's degree in HR/ Maters in Personnel Management & IR or MSW
