Role & responsibilities

• To maintain discipline & punctuality in work.
• To control & monitor the activities of sub ordinates.
• To see that all the pharmacist should dispense the drugs properly & it should be cross checked by 2 people separately.
• To discuss with HMS/GM-MS regarding any concession to be given for any patient.
• To make discharge prices of patients faster, pharmacy should do the return of medicine as early as possible.
• During scrutiny of all the medicine status, the expiry date, batch no etc of each & every day should be seen regularly.
• Cash matter to clear with finance every day.
• Receiving the medicine from the stockist & entering in the system properly.
• To see that all the documents are ready during auditing.
• All the expired or near expiry medicines should be sent to the stockiest for credit note.
