Profile Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to strengthen and manage client relationships by ensuring consistent communication, client satisfaction, and effective issue resolution. This role focuses on retaining existing clients, providing top-notch service, and driving more business opportunities from ongoing partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Acquire new clients via direct contact, referrals, and word-of-mouth networking.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms and pricing.
  • Conduct quality assurance on delivered documents including research articles, review articles, and books.
  • Keep clients updated about the latest services, offerings, and business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of representatives providing customer support.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Knowledge of research theses, journals, and academic publishing is an added advantage.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Research and development skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
