Job Description: Telecaller

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, answering inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service.This role requires strong communication skills,a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries and concerns professionally.

Role & Responsibility

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers from provide leads
  • Follow up on leads to identify potential customers
  • Achieve daily weekly and months calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Making follow up calls, order calls, Review calls, continuously, setting goals, and developing Sales

Skills Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role, Preferably in E-commerce Services.

Excellent Verbal Communication Skills in English and Tamil

Strong Interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality

Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Basic Computer Skills, Including Familiarity with Microsoft office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • tele sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
