Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Analyst with strong expertise in the Pharma domain, particularly in Omnichannel and Digital Channel Analytics. The ideal candidate will design and develop interactive dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making in a pharmaceutical business context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for pharmaceutical business analytics.
  • Analyze and interpret Omnichannel and Digital Channel data (email, web, CRM, social, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing, and data engineering teams to define metrics and KPIs.
  • Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization in Power BI.
  • Translate business requirements into data visualization and analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of dashboards for decision-making.
  • Present insights and findings to business leadership and marketing teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices).
  • Pharma domain experience is mandatory exposure to commercial analytics, marketing, or sales analytics preferred.
  • Experience with Omnichannel / Digital Channel Analytics (Veeva, CRM, email campaigns, web traffic, call centers, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SQL.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Python/R for analytics.
  • Experience with Azure Data services or Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Analytics or Customer Journey Analysis.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Open for Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai (Hybrid / Onsite options available).
