  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in handling international voice processes (US/UK/AU/NZ) with ease
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
