Apprenticeship Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Be present at customer sites for the first 15 days after machine installation.
• Support customers in operating and understanding the coffee machine functions.
• Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues to the service/R&D team.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback and communicate insights to the internal team for continuous improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation of site visits and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in any field.
• Diploma / ITI / Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred).
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at customer locations during the support period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
