Role Review-

We are looking for a
Hindi SME
who will take ownership of content creation, assessment design, and quality review. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in Hindi (grammar, literature, creative writing) and have a strong understanding of K–12 curriculum (especially CBSE and ICSE ).

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Content Creation
  • Develop and design PPTs for Hindi lessons (grammar, prose, poetry, comprehension, etc.).

  • Frame detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.

  • Assessment & Question Bank

  • Create a comprehensive question bank — objective (MCQs), short answer, long answer questions, etc., for various grade levels.
  • Develop worksheets and practice exercises for reinforcing concepts.

  • Design formative and summative assessments, with answer keys and detailed solutions.

  • Review & Quality Assurance

  • Review recorded video lessons ( delivery, correctness) for content accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and alignment with learning objectives.

  • Continuously update and improve content based on feedback, curriculum changes, or assessment performance.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Research best practices in Hindi pedagogy and assessment.
  • Suggest enhancements to content structure, assessment strategy, and video pedagogy.
  • Stay updated on CBSE/ICSE changes in Hindi.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    1-3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, or content development, preferably with K–12 schools or an EdTech company.

  • Subject Expertise:
    In-depth knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature (poetry, prose), creative writing, and board-level curriculum.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (for creating PPTs)
  • Experience in writing scripts/storyboarding for e-learning / video-based lessons

  • Familiarity with assessment design (various question types)

  • Quality & Review:
    Ability to review and critique video lessons, giving constructive feedback.

  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Good project management, able to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Collaborative mindset, working with content, video, and academic teams

Timings- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
