Job Title: Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / GoLang Developer

Location: Pune / Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled GoLang Developer with hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications and microservices using GoLang and gRPC. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize backend services that power our enterprise-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs using GoLang and gRPC.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and front-end teams to deliver robust backend solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Write unit tests and contribute to automation and deployment best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose technical improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in GoLang (Golang concurrency, Goroutines, Channels).
  • Hands-on experience with gRPC, Protobuf, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
