Senior Software Developer
with strong expertise in Java, cloud backend development, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze software requirements and functional specifications based on business needs.
  • Design, develop, unit test, and integrate backend components using Java and Spring Framework.
  • Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and documentation review processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (requirements, design, code, test).
  • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational and project quality standards.
  • Manage continuous integration and configuration management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-country teams for requirement analysis, design, integration, and continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MSc in Computer Science or related field.

Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years
    of experience in software design and development.
  • Strong understanding of
    Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    and software design principles.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Java
    ,
    Spring Framework
    , and
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Experience in
    AWS cloud application development
    .
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as
    Angular
    and
    Bootstrap
    (added advantage).
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Lean
    environments and with
    DevOps tools
    .
  • Exposure to
    multi-country software development
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and trends.
