Role Description

We are looking for
experienced Videographers & Video Editors
to join our team in Chennai in a
hybrid role
(mix of on-site shoots and remote editing). This is not an entry-level position — we require candidates with proven experience in professional video production.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for ads, brand films, social media, and campaigns.
  • Operate professional camera and lighting equipment during shoots (indoor and outdoor).
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to bring storyboards and scripts to life.
  • Ensure smooth workflow from raw footage to final output (color grading, sound design, motion graphics, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent brand quality across all video deliverables.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and marketing video styles.

Qualifications (Mandatory Experience)

  • 3+ years of professional experience
    in video production and editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad films, social media videos, and brand content.
  • Expertise in
    camera operation, shooting, and lighting setup
    (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
  • Advanced proficiency in editing software:
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (any two minimum)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    motion graphics and sound design
    is an added advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience working with
    digital marketing agencies or brands
    is a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Film Production, Media, Visual Communication
    , or a related field is preferred.
