Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into high-performance mobile solutions.

- Implement responsive UIs and ensure smooth performance across devices and screen sizes.

- Write modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage third-party SDKs or plugins.

- Utilize effective state management techniques (Bloc, Provider, Redux, etc.) to handle app data and logic.

- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Stay updated with Flutter trends, tools, and emerging mobile technologies.

Requirements :

- 25 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter.

- Proficiency in Dart and experience building cross-platform applications for Android and iOS.

- Familiarity with state management frameworks (Bloc, Provider, Redux, Riverpod, etc.).

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to bring design concepts to life.

- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and a product-first mindset.
