Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Paralakhemundi (Gosani). The Administration Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks which include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and providing clerical support. The role also involves assisting executives with administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth operation of office functions.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other Office Management software is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
