• Provided daily moisture correction reports to the batching plant for accurate mix proportion adjustments.
• Scheduled trial mixes based on project requirements and effectively communicated schedules to clients and internal teams.
• Conducted trial mixes both on-site and in the laboratory as per project specifications and client standards.
• Maintained daily records of mix designs, trial mix data sheets, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Arranged and dispatched trial cubes to third-party labs for compressive strength testing as per client directives.
• Ensured all laboratory records were maintained in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and project requirements.
• Performed raw material testing (cement, coarse/fine aggregates, admixtures, etc.) following the procedures defined in the ITP.
• Compiled and submitted monthly technical reports to clients, including trial mix outcomes and raw material test summaries.
