Final Cut Pro – If you use it, you get first priority
iPhone Editors – Second priority We create most of our reels on iPhones, so knowing how to edit on iPhone is a huge plus.
If you are expert in any other software than you just show your skills
Work Culture? Not Your Usual 9-to-5
