Job Description

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations applicable to
  • Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT City.
  • Participate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and
  • operational readiness.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the fund including investor relations, fund administration, and
  • financial reporting.
  • Review and approve investor documentation, offer documents, and ensure all KYC/AML norms are met.
  • Collaborate with fund managers, legal advisors, auditors, custodians, and administrators to ensure
  • efficient fund operations.
  • Monitor fund performance, risk, and compliance metrics and provide regular updates to the Board.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding fundraising, portfolio management, and exit strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum one year in duration) in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science from a university or an institution recognised by the Central Government or any State Government or a recognised foreign university or institution or association or a CFA or a FRM from Global Association of Risk Professionals
