Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC is an international steel construction contracting company with its head office in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in steel structure design and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). As we expand our back office in Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala, we are looking for a talented Architectural Draftsman to join our team and contribute to the preparation of architectural drawings for a variety of construction projects.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to work alongside our design team, assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings for steel structure projects, with a focus on PEB systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of architectural drafting and experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Draft designs for various types of buildings, with an emphasis on PEB systems.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Modify and update drawings as needed, based on design feedback and project changes.
• Ensure all drawings are clear, accurate, and comply with building codes and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings to communicate design details and resolve any drafting-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Experience in architectural drafting, with preference for PEB projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and architectural details.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
