About the Role

Hybrid Systems is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop & MacBook Repair Technician to join our hardware service team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both basic component replacements and advanced chip-level motherboard repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Component-Level Repairs:

  • Battery replacement for laptops and MacBooks
  • Display/screen replacement (LCD/LED/Retina)
  • Keyboard and trackpad replacement
  • Hinge, casing, and port repairs

Chip-Level Motherboard Repairs:

  • IC reballing and replacement
  • NAND IC and BIOS chip servicing
  • Processor socket and chipset-level diagnostics
  • SMD soldering and desoldering
  • Fault tracing using schematics and multimeter/oscilloscope
  • Firmware flashing and BIOS recovery

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in laptop/MacBook hardware servicing
  • Proficiency in chip-level diagnostics and repair techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like hot air station, BGA rework station, multimeter, and soldering kits
  • Ability to read and interpret motherboard schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work on weekends (Hybrid Systems operates Tuesday–Monday; Tuesday is a weekly holiday)
  • Good communication and documentation skills
