We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Loss Prevention specialist in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loss prevention and security management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate incidents.
  • Train and guide staff on loss prevention procedures.
  • Analyze incident reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and losses.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in loss prevention or security management.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.
