Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated
Junior Engineers in Embedded Systems

with
0–1 year of experience or a strong hands-on project portfolio

, who are passionate about building real-world engineering solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who
love building things with their own hands

enjoy working on embedded systems, robotics, or electronics

, and
want to accelerate their engineering career through real, practical experience

.

You will contribute directly to the development of a complex robotics MVP. This is a high-impact learning environment where you will be involved in hands-on tasks from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test
    low-level drivers

for peripherals (SPI, I2C, UART) on micro controllers such as
STM32, ESP32

, etc.
- Assist Senior Engineers with
hardware bring-up

, debugging, and
test harness fabrication

.
- Develop
automated unit tests

and
integration test scripts

in Python/C.
- Support system-level testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate task execution.

Required Qualifications
 
and Skills

  • Educational background in B. Tech , BE.
  • Proficiency in
    C/C++, Python

.
- Hands-on Project Portfolio is Mandatory

– Must show direct experience building or testing systems such as robotics, EV projects, industrial machines, IoT devices, or significant capstone projects.
- Ability to read
electronic schematics

and work with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multi meters).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, and be capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn quickly.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
