
Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and purpose-driven professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – CSR. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Head and senior leadership to conceptualize, execute, and monitor CSR strategies that reflect our core values and commitment to sustainable social impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing CSR programs, preferably through corporate foundations, and a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in alignment with business and community goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and executing CSR programs and campaigns in line with company goals.
- Support in planning and implementing community outreach, sustainability, and education initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, and external stakeholders for effective program delivery.
- Track and maintain records of CSR activities and prepare reports for internal and external communication.
- Support volunteer engagement and employee participation in CSR events.
- Help in creating content for CSR updates, reports, newsletters, and social media.
- Assist with audits, impact assessments, and documentation of CSR outcomes.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CSR programs, preferably within a corporate foundation.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of CSR concepts and sustainability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and highest level of work ethic & integrity.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Humanities, or related fields.
