Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior DevOps Engineer
with strong expertise in
Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions following Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices. This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with modern DevOps and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    using Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Build and manage
    Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
    using
    Terraform
    for scalable and repeatable deployments.
  • Manage and optimize
    Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
    clusters, including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and security hardening.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and environment setup.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure efficient and secure cloud operations.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability across environments.
  • Implement
    DevSecOps
    practices by integrating security tools and policies into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and optimize
    Azure cloud resources
    , including VMs, networking, storage, and monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, cost optimization, and cloud best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting DevOps culture and automation mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    12 years of IT experience
    with at least
    5+ years in DevOps and Cloud infrastructure
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Azure DevOps
    ,
    Terraform
    , and
    Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
    principles and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    Git
    ,
    YAML pipelines
    , and build automation tools.
  • Proficiency in
    containerization technologies
    (Docker, Helm) and
    microservices deployment
    .
  • Good understanding of
    Azure networking, security, and monitoring services
    .
  • Exposure to
    Scripting
    (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with
    monitoring tools
    like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
  • Experience implementing
    DevSecOps
    , governance, and cost-optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Education
