Youll assemble and lead various project teams; and monitor the teams performance, and bring out the best in every team member. Youre also in charge of creating the organisational structure, project objectives and working procedures for the teams. Your project management skills will also be of great value, as you set up clear project cost plans and allot sufficient budget to achieve optimal results and meet the companys target profits. Also part of your job is to attend project meetings as required, develop monthly reports and carry out contract administration. Furthermore, youll oversee negotiations, analyses and promotions of quality control systems.Boosting client relationships Helping clients achieve success is what JLL does bestand your role is an extension of this tradition. To effectively help our clients, youll identify their needs and constraints, and work around these challenges.
