Job Description:
  1. Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities.
  2. Assign task to each TM.
  3. Channel interaction on daily basis.
  4. Meet farmers/group of farmers.
  5. Manage receivables.
  6. Participation in meetings.
  7. Breakup of monthly sales target in channel wise, territory wise and achieve goal.
  8. Participate in monthly demand generation planning
  9. Resource allocation.
Requirements-Qualifications/Skills
  1. · Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) with 8 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from his school.
  2. · Should have worked in large agri-input companies in sales and marketing.
  3. · Strong commercial acumen, team and channel handling experience.
  4. · Good communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi
  5. · Basic computer skills with MS Office
  6. · Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month
