Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive located in Kalaburagi. The Junior Executive will be responsible for daily customer interactions, assisting with pharmaceutical needs, maintaining inventory, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing cash transactions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the pharmacy. The role demands attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve queries
• Inventory management and organizational skills to ensure accurate stock maintenance
• Attention to detail and store operational knowledge to support quality control and compliance
• Basic cash handling and computer skills for transactional and operational tasks
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a retail or healthcare environment is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
