Primary Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Enterprise Self-Service productUnderstand the "what & why" of User Stories & Features and their impact on Operational Key Results and CustomersDocument and communicate business requirements, including writing detailed Features with User Stories and defining Acceptance CriteriaWork with stakeholders and business partners to gather, analyze and define business requirementsBuild relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectivelyProvide feature demonstrations to stakeholders and business partnersManage product backlog and prioritize trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, and technical limitationsTranslate customer insights into actionable tasksPartner with engineering teams to create requirements and user storiesSupport integration testing and automation practicesLead cross-functional meetings and influence capability outcomes positivelyComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst related to product development and Agile deliveryExperience working with stakeholders and partners gathering requirements and leading projectsExperience writing detailed User Stories and defining Acceptance CriteriaAI literacy, adaptability, and ethical awareness


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in business administration with 6+ years of experienceCertified Scrum Product OwnerExperience with GenAI Employee Productivity capabilities or productsExperience within healthcare industryExperience with Agile or Scrum
