Experience: 10–20 years (Min. 5 years in B2B Fintech / Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance)
About the Company:
Our client, a leading financial services provider and operator of India's largest TReDS platform, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head – Corporate Business to lead business growth and client acquisition across the corporate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution across the Corporate Business segment
- Drive acquisition of new corporate clients and expand wallet share across products
- Engage with senior stakeholders across large corporates and MSMEs
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and market research
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, service) to deliver a seamless client experience
- Manage a high-performing team and ensure delivery of business targets
Key Requirements:
- 10–20 years of experience with at least 5 years in B2B Fintech, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting, or Commercial Banking
- Proven track record in corporate acquisition and relationship management
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with financial and technology orientation
- Willingness to travel as needed
